An Ethiopian twist on a classic sticky bun ("Buna" means coffee in Amharic). Brioche dough, pecan date filling with traditional Ethiopian spice blend (known as "shahee"), topped with a spiced coffee caramel and toasted local pecans. Each sticky bun approx 3" square.
