FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN ARE YOU OPENING?
Our soft opening is Thursday, Feb 12th 7am - 2pm

WHAT IS A SOFT OPENING?
A soft opening means we will offer a limited menu to start, allowing for feedback and crucial adjustments to ensure a smoother public launch. It's a controlled trial to fix kinks in the kitchen flow, service, and overall experience before we advertise to the wider public. Consider it like a dress rehearsal! We will not offer online ordering or catering during soft opening, and may adjust our hours. We will likely continue our soft opening for several weeks before we have a grand opening. Anyone is welcome to dine with us during our soft opening, we encourage it! We just ask that you are kind and constructive with your feedback, and are patient with us.

DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING?
Yes, we offer free 2-hour parking validation for customers in the indoor parking garage of Modera Reynoldstown (directly behind the shop). There is also free street parking on Pearl Street and surrounding neighborhood side streets. You can also find free spaces and 10 minute retail pick-up zones directly behind the cafe in the Modera Reynoldstown complex.

WILL YOU STILL BE AT FARMER'S MARKETS?
We plan on returning to Grant Park Farmer's Market and Piedmont Park Green Market sometime in the Spring. Exact dates TBD.

WILL YOU HAVE COFFEE?
Yes! Our café will offer coffee, espresso drinks, and tea.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?
We do not offer wi-fi for customers. Our wi-fi is dedicated to our business operations only.

WILL YOU HAVE VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
Yes, our menu offers both vegan and gluten-free options.

ARE PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAFÉ?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed inside the café due to health code regulations, unless they are certified service animals. Our staff is legally allowed to ask if your animal is a service animal, and what task that service animal performs for you. Therapy pets, emotional support pets, and companion pets are not protected under the ADA and have no public access rights. If a support animal’s behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to our customers or staff, we have the right to deny access (ex: animal is trying to steal food, jumping at staff or guests, barking, growling, soiling, etc. and the handler can’t calm the animal). Pets are allowed on the outside patio, but must be on a leash and are not allowed to eat or drink in the outside patio dining area, per health code regulations.
